Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Office Industries and ThinkSupplies.com as your Office Product Supplier. Please note our rules for product returns: Product can be requested to be returned online or by calling customer service. Please have the Item number, reason for the return and order number for reference.







Item Shortages or Damages MUST be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Please check your Packing Slip with the contents of your box.




  • Items must be returned to Office Industries within 25 days of purchase for a full credit.
  • Items returned must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition
  • We cannot take back items that have been written on, used, crushed or are incomplete.
  • Most items carry a exchange policy if you are having problems with an item.
  • Item returned from 25-60 days are subject to a restocking charge of 15-25%.
  • Product returned after 90 days may not be able to be returned to the manufacturer distribution center.
  • Due to Legal and Health code issues, we can no longer accept back any food or medical type items.


If you are unhappy with an item please let us know. We closely monitor returns, and if we find a consistent problem we will stop selling that item until the issue is resolved by the manufacturer.



From time to time we will discontinue a product due to quality concerns. We want all of our customers to be happy with every product they buy. Junk is never a good value, even when it's at ½ price.
